On November 7th and 8th, the Reach Out project partners gathered in Athens for a significant two-day annual meeting, which was enhanced by the participation of Jurgita Kaminskaite, Project Advisor from the European Health and Digital Executive Agency (HaDEA). Kaminskaite’s presence highlighted the meeting’s importance, as her insights and guidance helped provide additional clarity for the project’s progress.
Representatives from all partner organizations were in attendance, including INTERSOS, PRAKSIS, PIN Polo Universitario Città di Prato – ARCO, Digivis, and the Ministry for Health and Active Ageing. Each partner presented their progress to date, offering detailed reports on key milestones, outcomes achieved, and reflections on both challenges and successes in supporting vulnerable communities. These presentations provided an opportunity to recognize impactful interventions, innovative solutions, and collaborative strategies that have effectively addressed community needs over the past year.
In addition to showcasing successful initiatives, the partners engaged in open discussions about the obstacles encountered, from logistical and operational hurdles to evolving challenges in their respective communities. This exchange of experiences fostered a constructive dialogue that aimed to strengthen the project’s resilience and adaptability, as each partner learned from the varied approaches shared by their peers.
Looking ahead, the meeting provided a chance for partners to align on their goals for the upcoming year, focusing on refining objectives and enhancing outreach strategies to ensure an even greater impact.
