Management:
The collaboration and cooperation between partners during the project will be ensured through:
- Participation of the Steering Committee to discuss updates on the actions conducted, challenges faced, lessons learned, achievements and future steps.
- Co-development of common tools (site needs assessment, data collection templates) and training materials.
- Organization of joint events (online Mediterranean roundtables, itinerant seminars) bringing together stakeholders from Malta, Italy and Greece.
- Organization of the international final conference to present project’s results.
Monitoring and coordination plan:
- Work plan (by-weekly meeting and monthly report)
- Coordination and management of all project activities, including the overall supervision and regular follow-up of the progress in all work packages
- Steering Committee (SC) meetings on a quarterly basis
- Preparation of reports and other communications due to the EC
Management:
- Steering Committee, the top-level decision-making body composed by one representative from each partner and led by INTERSOS.
- WP Leaders will manage, coordinate and support activities in the framework of their own WP, ensuring effective cooperation between the beneficiaries in each WP, for monitoring the tasks progress, and for producing the deliverable foreseen in their WP and the preparation of all reports regarding the activities of their WP
- Finance Coordinator monitor the project expenditures and collect support documentation from partners quarterly

- Foggia and Sicily, in the informal settlements of Campobello di Mazara (Trapani), Cassibile (Siracusa) and in the city of Palermo
The mobile units will be deployed near reception centers, in areas densely populated by migrants, neighborhoods frequented by sex workers and more generally, in deprived areas facing severe socio-economic challenges.
The mobile unit will rely on a multidisciplinary team composed by a doctor, two cultural mediators and a social worker.
